Randall Ford has spent 37 years in tree removal, starting as a climb faller doing residential work before moving into commercial and agricultural clearing. As the market for pine and blue gum harvesting declined, Kruger Solutions transitioned into civil vegetation management and land clearing, adapting mining grade equipment for a forestry business to meet the standards civil and mining sites demand. Today, the business is run day to day by Randall alongside his sons Rick and Kelvin, backed by trusted subcontractors who share the same stake in getting the job done properly.

With 37 years in tree removal, Randall started as a climb faller doing residential work before moving into commercial and agricultural clearing, then mechanical harvesting and civil land clearing. He leads the business day to day alongside his sons.
Rick brings 10 years of experience, starting in commercial construction before becoming Kruger Solutions' lead harvest operator and mechanic.
Kelvin has 8 years of experience, having started his career with an interest in freight and logistics before moving into operations at Kruger Solutions.
