Around 200 large pines, 25–30 metres tall and 40 years old, safely removed from a residential property without damaging surrounding infrastructure.
In September 2024, Kruger Solutions was engaged to remove the perimeter of windbreak pine trees from a residential property at Lal Lal. Around 200 pines, planted some 40 years earlier and standing 25 to 30 metres tall, had grown close to houses, sheds and neighbouring properties.
The trees were large, close to structures and neighbouring land, and the property itself was small relative to the volume of material that needed to be removed and processed, while minimising the volume requiring burning.
Kruger Solutions assessed the site and brought harvesters, forwarders, log trucks and related vehicles alongside our skilled operators, working carefully within the confines of the property, prioritising safety around houses, sheds and neighbouring land.
The work was completed quickly and safely, with no damage to surrounding infrastructure despite the confined working area. The client reported the job was carried out professionally and safely, with careful management of impact on nearby houses and road access throughout.
